Last weekend Billy's parents came in and got a lot accomplished in our house, especially the nursery. Here are some pics to prove the amazing transformation. I love the nursery so much, I can hardly wait for little Billy. I'm so excited. BEFORE AFTER

you look so cute!! i'm so excited for you! i remember setting up the nursery and just being so anxious to finally use it! i don't know if you have a bassinet or a mini crib or not, but we have one in our room that ari's been sleeping in since she was born. it is so much easier to have them so close when you have to get up at night. she's starting to outgrow hers and i'm not looking forward to the move to the big crib. oh well...good luck!
