Yes, that's right. I cooked dinner! It was actually really good. And the house smelled really good. I think that was the best part. I suppose I should try to cook more regularly. I think Billy would appreciate it. :)

My wife (and the designated cook of our house) is out of town for three days, leaving me to figure out dinner at home on my own.
Tonight (day one), I had left-over bake ziti from New Years eve. Considering that it is now just about a month old, it wasen't bad.
That being said, I would have much rather had what you made, it looked great and I really thought that I could smell it (and it did smell good) all the way over here in PA.
I will try to get a picture of tomorrow nights (day 2) meal to share.

Julie! I'm so proud! But did you guys really EAT those carrots? Tell the truth. . .yes, dinner-smells is one of the best parts of cooking, yumyumyum!
Well, no. I tried a bite, and then said to Billy, "You're right, carrots really aren't good."
